Who can participate as a booth holder?

Any collector or dealer in Olympic stamps and other philatelic products, coins, medals, badges, pins and memorabilia is invited to apply to become a booth holder at the 24th World Olympic Collectors’ Fair, Los Angeles 2018.

What is the difference between types of booths?

There are three types of booths (prices shown are for the entire 3-day period of the Olympic Fair):

Aisle Booth ($325) is 10′ x 10′ in size, open at the front with an 8′ table at front and a 6′ table at back.

Corner (End) Booth ($575) is also 10′ x 10′ in size, and is open on two sides. Corner booths have one 8′ table and one 6′ table configured in an “L” shape along the front. There is an additional 6′ table at the back.

Double Aisle Booth ($650) (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY) is 10′ x 20′ in size. It has two 8′ tables placed end to end along the front, and two 6′ tables at the back.

May I share a booth?

Yes, you may share any size booth with one other collector or dealer. Both booth holders must complete a Booth Registration Form and a Booth Holder’s Agreement.

What kind of furnishings are included in a booth?

All booths come furnished with tables, pipe, drapery, table covers, and a name sign. Aisle booths will have 2 chairs. Corner and double aisle booths are outfitted with 4 chairs. Free Wi-Fi is provided for all booth holders. An electrical outlet is provided in all booths.

Are display cases and table lamps available?

Yes, locking, table-top display cases (made of aluminum with a tempered glass top and measuring 24″ x 36″ x 4″ deep) are available for rent for $10 each. Table lamps are also available for $10 each. These should be reserved at the same time that you sign up for your booth. An electrical outlet is provided in all booths. All cases and lights must be turned in by 8PM Saturday night (the show concludes at 5PM on Saturday). Deadline for reserving displaying cases or lamps is 15 July 2018.

How do I register for a booth?

Select one of the three booth plans shown below (note that the Double Aisle Booths are subject to availability) and complete the Booth Registration Form. Prices are for the entire 3-day period of the Olympic Fair. Every booth holder must also complete the Booth Holder’s Agreement which will be emailed to you. Please note that booths are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Deadline for reserving booths is 15 July 2018.

How and when do I pay for my booth?

Payment is required upon completion of the Olympic Fair Booth Registration Form. Payment is accepted only in US dollars and may be made through PayPal (please note that a 4% service charge will be added to cover the PayPal fee).  Booth holders resident in the US also have the option to pay by personal check or postal money order.

Is security provided?

Yes, there is 24-hour security on the convention floor. There is no need to pack up your materials at night. All cases must be turned in by 8PM Saturday night (the show concludes at 5PM on Saturday). However you may check your belongings into security that night for pickup before 10AM Sunday morning.
